用法 : 3-8 phr, 因 SIDISTAR 补强性能不强, 需要与炭黑或普通白炭黑并用, 以取得良好的物性. 混炼初期加入

量以提高橡胶的如强伸性能。然而以上填料都具有非常高的比表面积,初级颗粒之间总是存在化学键连接而形成聚集体如图1 所示,在实际生产过程中无法被分散成初级颗粒。这种聚集体结构的存在一方面提供了橡胶的强度,但是另一方面却限制了胶料加工性能,大量聚集体之间的内摩擦也会提高生热,并影响一些成品的动态性能如疲劳寿命。
**近有一种通过高温气相法制造的特种白炭黑R300,平均粒度150nm,比表面积约
20m2/g(BET)。同传统填充剂如白炭黑以及炭黑相比, R300 初级颗粒较大,颗粒之间的接
触面积较小,其TEM 照片见如图2 所示,颗粒之间主要通过比较弱的范德华力而非较强的化学键连接,因而非常容易分散,其在胶料
中的分散情况TEM 照片见如图3 所示,此外,R300 的化学活性很低,不需要添加硅烷偶联剂。本篇文章主要研究将R300 以适量的比例与补强剂并用于天然橡胶,以摸索这种易分

Sidistar R300&R320&R320U是采用独特工艺生产的二氧化硅无机材料,外观呈灰色或灰白色,无定型球状结构,平均粒子大小在150Nm,由于这种结构Sidistar呈现了与普通白炭黑截然不同的用途:Sidistar可被分散为初级形态的亚微米级球形结构在体系中通过其特有的滚珠效应从而有效减少内摩擦,改善胶料流动性和填料分散性能,同时可以维持甚至改善硬度、拉伸/撕裂强度等硫化胶性能。当 SIDISTAR 用量增加, 能够有效提高硫化制品耐疲劳性能。 橡胶埃肯抗疲劳剂
