糖苷酶 F (PNGase F)酶活定义（UnitDefinition）1个酶活力单位指在10μL的反应体系中，37℃条件下1小时从10μg变性RNaseB中除去超过95%的碳水化合物所需要的酶量。储存条件-25~-15℃保存，有效期1年。使用方法1、变性条件下蛋白质去糖基化：1）在水中加入1μLBuffer1和目标糖蛋白（1-20μg），至终体积10μL；2）100℃温度下煮沸10min使其变性，冰上冷却，离心10秒；加入2μL的Buffer2、2μL的10％NP-40、6μL去离子水，总反应体积20μL；加入1-2μL的PNGase，轻轻混匀。在37℃孵育1-3h。2、非变性条件下蛋白质去糖基化：1）在水中加入2μL的Buffer2和目标糖蛋白（1-20μg）至体积为20μL。2）加入2~5μL的PNGaseF,轻轻混匀。3）37°C孵育4-24h。注意：在变性条件下大多数底物能够更好的去糖基化，在非变性条件下可能需要增加PNGaseF的量和延长孵育时间。注意事项1.PNGaseF建议搭配我司提供的配套缓冲液使用，按我司说明书建议的操作量配套缓冲液足够。如您由于使用体系造成配套缓冲液不足，可咨询当地销售进行购买
